Terms of Use Using the AneeTV services constitutes your agreement to these terms. You can view our privacy policy here ACCOUNT CONFIGURATION / EMAIL ON FILE We will set up your account after payment has been received and we and/or our payment partner(s) have checked the order(s) for fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) you are registering under. If there are concerns about abuse or if we need to contact you, the primary email address we have on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current or up to date at all times. If you have registered a domain name with AneeTV, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) is correct and up to date. AneeTV is not responsible for an expired registration due to outdated contact information associated with the domain. If you wish to verify or change this information, you must contact us by email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. Special server purchases or high-risk transactions will require you to provide government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used to make the purchase. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the order being considered fraudulent and declined. TRANSFERTS Our support team will do everything in their power to help you move your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy and we cannot guarantee the availability, ability, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently and some hosting platforms store data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which can make it extremely difficult or even impossible to migrate some or all of your account data. We will do our best, but in very rare cases we may not be able to assist you with a data transfer from an old host. Free transfer services are available for 30 days from your registration date and are only available if your previous hosting company used cPanel. If your previous company used a non-standard control panel, migration fees may apply.
